Gentlemen:

In accordance with ARTICLE V, Section 4 A, D and E of the Association’s By-Laws governing membership meetings, proxies shall be accepted for the purpose of establishing a quorum only.  I/We hereby appoint the Board Secretary as my/our proxy only for such purpose at the 2025 Annual Membership Meeting, or at any adjournment, or resetting thereof, including that scheduled on November 24 to 26, 2025, to elect the Association’s 2026 Board of Trustees and Officers.

It is understood that my/our presence during the meeting will make this proxy invalid for that meeting.  This proxy shall continue to be effective for the election of the Association’s 2026 Board of Trustees and Officers, until expressly revoked by the undersigned member.
